By purchasing, accessing, or using The Bridge Back to Us course, coaching with Clinton or Charity Munoz, the Restored 2 More Ambassador Training course, any digital products, physical materials, coaching services, or any related content provided by Restored 2 More Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or access our products, services, or materials.

Restored 2 More Inc. provides faith-based educational resources designed to support individuals and couples navigating healing, recovery, and relational restoration. Our offerings may include online courses, coaching sessions, digital workbooks, worksheets, journals, written materials, video lessons, ambassador training materials, physical products, exercises, and supplemental resources.

All Restored 2 More programs, including but not limited to The Bridge Back to Us course, coaching with Clinton or Charity Munoz, and the Restored 2 More Ambassador Training course, are educational in nature and are intended to provide tools, perspective, encouragement, and faith-based guidance.

These programs and services are not therapy, not clinical treatment, and not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or professional counseling. The content is non-clinically created and is not developed, delivered, or supervised by licensed mental health professionals. Clinton Munoz and Charity Munoz are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals.

Participation in any Restored 2 More program, course, coaching session, or training does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or doctor-patient relationship. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual well-being and for deciding how and when to apply the material or guidance provided.

Every individual and couple’s situation is unique, and while many participants experience growth or positive change, Restored 2 More Inc. makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, relationship restoration, emotional healing, sobriety, or specific results.

All content provided through Restored 2 More Inc., including but not limited to videos, coaching materials, written resources, worksheets, PDFs, graphics, journals, course frameworks, ambassador training materials, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of Restored 2 More Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, grant access to others, record, download, resell, license, sublicense, facilitate groups using our materials, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Restored 2 More Inc.

Courses and digital programs are licensed for personal use only, unless otherwise explicitly authorized in writing by Restored 2 More Inc. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

Each purchase grants access to one individual or one couple only, and account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity under your account.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital course purchases include one (1) year of access to course content from the date of purchase. After the one-year access period expires, continued access is not guaranteed and may require repurchase or renewal if available.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Coaching sessions reserve the scheduled session time and may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.

Refund requests for digital courses may be submitted within three (3) days of purchase by submitting a written request to [email protected]. After the three-day refund window, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated for a specific product or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restored 2 More Inc., Clinton Munoz, and Charity Munoz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in any course, coaching session, training, product, or service. Restored 2 More Inc. is not responsible for decisions, actions, emotional responses, or relationship outcomes resulting from the use of our materials or services. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

Restored 2 More Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course, program, coaching service, or training without refund if these terms are violated, including but not limited to content sharing, misuse, abuse, fraud, or unlawful behavior.

Some programs and services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Thinkific, payment processors, or scheduling platforms, and Restored 2 More Inc. is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Restored 2 More Inc. may update these Terms of Use at any time, and continued use of any course, program, coaching service, or product constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
